Privacy at VisFlexion

Overview

VisFlexion keeps website data collection intentionally limited. We use information you provide to operate the site, create Opportunity Navigator results, respond to inquiries and understand basic site usage. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use this site for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Information you provide

If you use the Opportunity Navigator, send a private message or request follow-up, we may receive the answers, optional business context and contact information you choose to provide. Inquiry information may include your name, email address, company and message.

Please do not submit confidential, personal, regulated or sensitive information through the public Opportunity Navigator.

Opportunity Navigator and AI

The Navigator uses your business answers and any optional context you enter to create an exploratory analysis. That information may be processed using Google Cloud and Vertex AI / Gemini services. The result is intended for general business exploration and is not a legal, financial or other high-impact automated decision.

If you later request follow-up, your Navigator answers, context and generated analysis may be included with the inquiry so VisFlexion can respond with the relevant background.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

VisFlexion does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics on the public site. We use limited first-party analytics to understand page views, traffic source, device category and whether visitors start or complete the Opportunity Navigator.

Analytics use a temporary in-memory session identifier rather than an analytics cookie or persistent session-storage identifier. A browser preference may be stored only if you choose to turn these analytics off, so your preference can be remembered. Client login and security features may use storage or cookies that are necessary to authenticate users and protect the service.

Changing this setting applies to future analytics activity on this browser. It does not delete inquiry information or other records that you intentionally submitted.

How information is used

• Provide and improve the website and Opportunity Navigator.
• Respond to messages, inquiries and requested follow-up.
• Understand aggregate site performance and usage patterns.
• Protect the site from abuse, fraud and security threats.
• Maintain business records where reasonably necessary.

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers for hosting, cloud storage, AI processing, authentication, email delivery and other site operations. These providers receive information only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can turn limited site analytics off above. You may also ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the private message or contact feature on visflexion.com and identify the message as a privacy request.

Children and updates

This business website is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
